Digitally photographing an item shows the overall design details, which is important if making a claim. Also, if a replacement is required.

Documents include a schedule list and a detailed valuation of each item. These are sent as PDF documents, which can be shared with your insurer. They will be securely saved for future use.

There are two categories of items when valuing. Standard and Complex. Most items are standard. Complex items may require more research to determine their value.

Examples of standard items. Fees for standard items have been calculated as a per-item charge, including VAT, to simplify the process. All items are cleaned before valuing the fee to value each item is £45.00.
