Each piece is individually designed and crafted to be worn and enjoyed. We guarantee the quality of the workmanship. Should any issue arise as a result of the making process, we will put it right. All precious metals are independently hallmarked, and gemstones are accurately described and, where appropriate, certificated. As jewellery is worn and enjoyed, it is subject to everyday wear. For this reason, our guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of stones. We recommend insuring your piece once received, and we provide a valuation for this purpose. To help maintain your jewellery, we are always happy to check, clean, and advise on its care over time.
