All our parcels sent are by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is insured for the full value. It normally arrives the next day by 1pm and is a signed-for service. You will be asked before it is sent when you would like it to arrive.

How to package jewellery securely
Always enclose items in a sturdy box or padded pouch, making sure they don't rattle. Depending on what you are sending, place it in a padded pouch inside a small box and seal it with strong tape. Address clearly and add your name and address as the sender.
